Q: What sort of carpet types can you provide cleaning services for?
A: We can clean any type of carpet and fibres, including silk rugs.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: We base our quotation on per room/area basis instead of per square meter. Depending on the number of rooms/areas you have and whether your property requires just a basic clean or an industrial clean, our experienced customer service representatives will be able to draft up an email quote or give you a quote over the phone, you’re also welcome to get an instant quote using our smart web form. Our pricing is unbelievably affordable and our services are very easy to book.

Q: When can I start walking on my carpets?
A: You can start walking on your carpets as soon as the job is finished as long as you’re wearing clean shoes until the carpets completely dry. Wet carpets will attract any dirt from your shoes, hence we advise wiping your shoes before walking on them.

Q: How long does it take for the carpets to dry?
A: Your carpets will be dry within a couple of hours.

Q: Do you move furniture?
A: No, unfortunately we are not able to move furniture or any other items. Please ensure you move any items out of the way before the arrival of our technicians to ensure they are able to cover off as much carpeted area as possible when cleaning. Our technicians will go around any items remaining on carpeted areas.

Q: Do I have to move furniture from carpeted areas?
A: No, you do not have to move any furniture. Our technicians are able to go around any furniture and clean around them. They will try and reach any carpeted areas to the best of their ability.

Q: Would all stains come out?
A: We make use of top grade eco-friendly cleaning products and unique techniques that we have developed over the years, hence we’re able to remove most stains. Depending on the carpet fibre, the type of stain and duration the stain has been on the carpet for, some will completely disappear and some will stay. If we can’t remove these stains, no one else can! In order to ensure you get the best results, our experienced technicians are able to assess your carpet to determine which areas are heavily soiled and stained. They will then be able to advise on the areas that require industrial cleaning and/or specalised stain treatment.

Q: What’s included with your free stain treatment?
A: The free stain treatment included with our basic clean is a general stain treatment we offer in order to eliminate light & easy to remove stains. The stain treatment offered with our industrial cleaning method is more effective and has a better rate of removing tougher stains, our industrial cleaning does cost more than the basic clean. Complex stains such as coffee, tea, juice, red wine, urine, pet stains, vomit, blood etc will require specialised stain treatment and will also incur additional charges. Although we’re not able to guarantee removal of any of the complex stains, we’re able to treat them using specialised methods and chemicals. Depending on your carpet’s condition, our technicians will assess your carpets and offer you different options on the day before they commence any work.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Cash. If you prefer a different payment method, please check with us to see if we’re able to accept it. Please also be advised eftpos payments will incur a small surcharge.

Q: Are you able to invoice so that I can pay later?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to invoice for payment at a later date. We require payment as soon as the job is completed. You’re able to pay our technician on the day either by card or cash, you will then be provided with an electronic receipt on the spot.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: We have been servicing both residential and commercial clients in Canberra for years and have many happy customers to this day. Once your job is completed, our technicians will check with you to confirm that you’re happy with the job before they leave your property. If you’re not 100% satisfied, the technicians will be able to re-clean the areas you’re not totally happy with.

Q: How long in advance do I need to book?
A: We are able to offer same day service, however we do encourage our customers to book in at least a day in advance to secure a time-frame in the day that they most desire.

Q: Can I really make a booking online instantly?
A: Yes, using our smart booking form you’re able to obtain a quote in less than 10 seconds and book your service with us instantly. Your booking information will immediately be added to our calendar and you will receive an email containing your booking details.
